Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email when your product is shipped. If you have not received an email and you need to check this simply login into your account at the top right hand side of the website and check on your current order status.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
How do I create an account?
On check out you are asked if you would like to register. This automatically creates an account and your reward points are recorded from your first order.

How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.White Lotus offers free shipping in the UK and flat rate shipping worldwide (£8.50), regardless of how much you order.
I forgot my password.

White Lotus Anti Aging Returns/Cancellation Policy
White Lotus Anti Aging wholeheartedly endorses and complies with the EU Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000. This is covered under EU Directive 97/7 EC
These regulations are designed to protect consumers and allow them similar protection to that experienced when shopping in person. We hope that by following these regulations we allow consumers to shop with more confidence and trust online.
A step by step Guide to the white Lotus Returns Policy
- All customers have the right to cancel the contract of sale within 7 days of receiving the goods sold.
- Cancellation of the sale must be sent to White Lotus in a durable form such as an email, mail or fax. Proof of the sending of this document must be retained.
- This returns policy by law does not apply to 'goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned'. This includes all sterile products such as dermal rollers that are packaged in tamper evident packaging and have been opened. It also includes the White Lotus range of beauty products if opened or tampered with in any way.
- The cancellation policy also does not apply to any 'audio or visual recordings that the customer has unsealed'. This includes the White Lotus instructional DVDs.
- Customers pay the full costs of returning the goods to the address stipulated by White Lotus Anti Aging.
- Customers have a statutory duty of care for all White Lotus goods while in their care and are obliged to take reasonable care when returning goods. White Lotus has the right to appeal any refund if this is not complied with.
- We request that all goods being returned are returned within 14 days of receipt.
- White Lotus will refund the cost of the goods including our any postage paid at the time of sale within 30 days of receiving a valid cancellation of the contract of sale from the customer.
- If the goods are faulty on receipt White Lotus will provide a full refund.
- This Policy does not apply to Business to Business contracts of sale.

All orders under 2kg are sent out by Royal Mail First class delivery from the UK.
All deliveries both within the UK and Internationally require a signature on delivery to guarantee your security (with the exception of orders in the UK under £15
Delivery times within the UK are 2-3 working days.
Delivery times within the EU are 2-5 working days.
Delivery times to the rest of the world are 5-14 working days.
American clients and Australian clients will have faster delivery times as items are shipped from America and Australia.
